Workshop dates

15 July – 11 am – Goals and priorities

22 July – 11 am – Planning and scheduling

29 July – 11 am – Planning and scheduling

Before the Goals and priorities session

If you can fill in a time log before the session, that will help you. It’s fine if you can’t do it though.

Click below to download the time log. You can print it off and write it in, or just do it on your computer or phone.

You can do this in a notebook if you prefer. Write down what you are doing, when you started, and when you finished. Then write in the total time. If you don’t remember to do it at the time, you can fill it in later, with approximate times – that’s fine! The aim is to get a general overview of how you’re spending your time.

Worksheets for the Goals and priorities session

We’ll be using these worksheets in the session. If you can’t print them off, you can do them on screen (unless they’re a pdf). If you can’t do either, that’s fine, you can join in just using pen and paper.

Worksheets for the planning and scheduling session

We’ll be using these worksheets in the session. They are all pdfs but if you can’t print them off, you can join in using pen and paper.

Resource pack

Your time management workshop comes with this 20-page resource pack. It contains all the tools and techniques we’ve covered, all the worksheets we’ve used (plus a few more) and links to useful apps and online tools.
